Succession Institute has launched the SI Practice Management Resource Center. We also have successfully undergone the NASBA registration process. We already have online self-study courses available through our SI Practice Management Resource Center and we are continuing to routinely populate the site with more classes for CPAs, with a number of computer-based training and all-video courses available for CPE credit.

Here are some of the categories of courses that are available on our LMS (a complete list is available here):

Advisory and Consulting Services:

  • Most Trusted Business Advisor

Organization and Performance

  • Succession Planning
  • Practice Management
  • Small Firm Practice Management

Owner Agreements:

  • Shareholder/Partner Agreements

People and Skills Development:

  • Coaching and Assessments
  • Management and Leadership

We are excited about the launching of our new SI Practice Management Resource Center. Each course contains video and provides CPE credit as well.  You will also be able to bundle courses together to improve your pricing.
