Description: Based on our AICPA-published book, Becoming a Trusted Business Advisor, this program has been designed to acquaint CPAs with the current trends and issues to consider, whether they wish to be on the buying/acquiring or selling/being acquired side of a transaction. This course does not present mergers as the end-all answer to firm problems. Rather, it provides an up-to-date, market-based analysis of what to consider as to reasons for or against a deal, and ways to create better odds for any deal to be mutually beneficial.
