The faculty of the Succession Institute, LLC, Bill, Tommye, Dom and Michaelle, have taught literally thousands of hours of combined training.  We have broken the training materials into two sections for your review:

The Workshop and Leadership categories of training are listed for those organizations who are looking at bringing in the Succession Institute for extended training rather than just a keynote lecture or two.  These are just examples of common requests.  However, if the course topics listed are not exactly what you are looking for, just use the “Contact Us” form at the bottom of any page on the website and let us know what you have in mind.  We have broad experience to pull from and great deal of intellectual capital to leverage to develop customized courses.
