We present two levels of training for contractors’ staff on the economics of construction contracting. This training helps employees from the trades on up through superintendent-level positions to understand what typical construction industry margins really are.  It gets them thinking about how what they do personally impacts their employer’s bottom line and their ongoing employability with the contractor.

The course can be customized to meet a contractor’s specific needs. It is available in a one-half day experiential learning format (typically for trades up through foreman level) or a one and one-half hour small group discussion format(typically for more experienced, higher-level employees).
