At times, groups or individuals within groups may need some help relating effectively with other people. This is particularly true of hard-charging, technically-oriented professionals as are often found in the construction industry. Using our diagnostic approach, we help contractor leadership determine what interpersonal skill improvements will yield the most leverage, and we map out training and development activities for them.

Examples of some of the skills we assist contractors with include interpersonal style awareness, communication, conflict resolution, delegation and supervision, emotional intelligence and reaction to adversity. Given the continuing focus on workforce development and demographic trends pointing toward more shortages of key talent, people development is more critical than ever before.
