Management Development and Coaching

Dom and Bill  help busy contractors improve their managerial leadership skills. Using a combination of assessments, observations and 360-degree feedback, they help individual managers identify development opportunities. Dom and Bill work with them to determine the behavioral changes they can make for even greater success. We help them hold themselves accountable for execution of action plans through ongoing coaching and follow-up sessions.


Coaching assignments allow us to come along side contractors and help them work on some very specific skills or behaviors confidentially to improve their effectiveness and their standing within their organization. Coaching assignments typically run for a minimum three, and preferably six, months to allow for adequate implementation of changes required.
