Strategy development

Working at the highest level of the organization, we help contractor boards and senior leadership identify overall business strategies to pursue for their companies. This work can involve diagnostic interviews and surveys, conducting external business environment scans and high-level discussions about where the contractor is headed and should be headed in the future. Following these discussions, contractors can utilize our process-consulting skills for facilitation of strategic planning meetings and implementation workshops.
