Succession Institute, LLC is a management consulting firm with offices in Texas, Florida, and Rhode Island. We provide a wide range of general management consulting services to clients located throughout North America.

Our core purpose—the reason we exist as Succession Institute, LLC—is to facilitate our clients’ long-term success.

Our industry concentrations include the CPA profession and the construction industry.  While the name of the company implies a focus on succession, it is much more than that.
